Locke RE

The transaction is the product—not another lead-generation CRM.

Audience: Residential real-estate professionals · agents · brokers · transaction coordinators Model: Upcoming — transaction intelligence (not CRM/IDX)

Overview

Real estate presents many of the same problems that originally motivated the Locke legal platforms. A transaction is governed by documents, deadlines, contingencies, obligations, amendments, communications, approvals, inspections, financing requirements, and events that must occur in the correct sequence. Yet much of the industry’s software remains centered on contacts, listings, marketing, or document storage rather than the intelligence contained within the transaction itself.

That is the problem being addressed by Locke RE. It is being developed for residential real-estate professionals around the transaction rather than around lead generation.

Its purpose is to ingest transaction documents, understand the deal, identify deadlines and obligations, highlight unusual provisions, generate alerts and next actions, support brokerage oversight, and help agents, brokers, and transaction coordinators move a file from contract to closing with fewer missed details.

It is deliberately not being designed as another CRM or IDX platform. The transaction is the product.

What RE is built to do

  • Ingest transaction documents and understand the deal
  • Identify deadlines and obligations
  • Highlight unusual provisions
  • Generate alerts and next actions
  • Support brokerage oversight from contract to closing

What it is not

Not a lead engine. Not an IDX portal. Not marketing automation dressed as “AI.” It is transaction intelligence for residential deals.
